Restructuring Solicitor

Our client, a highly regarded US law firm, is seeking a Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor to join their reputable team in London.

This is an opportunity to join one of the major business restructuring and insolvency practices in the City, widely recognised as one of the top rated in its field. In recent years, the practice has had major roles in numerous high profile restructuring and insolvency case.

Candidates must have business restructuring and insolvency experience along with some banking experience, ideally 1+ PQE (or equivalent experience). You should be at a leading City or US firm. It is essential that you have a strong academic background (minimum 2.1 degree) with excellent written communication and drafting skills. The successful candidate will also have outstanding technical skills, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues and work well in a team.
