Finance Associate

I am recruiting for a silver circle firm with a very strong banking practice and an equally strong corporate and lender client base.    The work will predominantly be leveraged / acquisition finance, but will also include some asset based lending, refinancing’s, investment fund and warehousing financings and other adhoc work, for example recently they have done some interesting work on an innovative unitranche facility for a refinancing of a large-scale insurance acquisition. 

You will ideally be at a mid-level, but they will consider those that fall outside of this, if they can demonstrate the right level of experience.    You will have trained at a well-regarded practice, and ideally have a healthy variety of deals listed on your CV which match the above profile. 

Salary is dependent upon experience and competitive.
