We're working with a Midlands law firm who are looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor to its team.

Are you coming up to qualification and looking to specialise in Corporate/Commercial? Are you weighing up your options and not convinced one of the large national/international firms would be the right home for you?

We're working with a firm who have got the work/life balance right - a rarity for a transactional team. The team would also consider candidates who can only commit to part-time hours: this would work fine with the team and their clients. They are happy to be flexible around you.

The quality of work is great - you would be assisting on Corporate deals with the two senior lawyers - anything from M&A, corporate restructurings through to assisting with due diligence projects and drafting core corporate documents such as articles, JVs, shareholders' agreements.

This would be a perfect role for somebody looking to learn and develop as a Corporate solicitor but is concerned about the perceived life / culture associated with this area of law.

Profile

You'll either be a qualified solicitor with Corporate experience or a trainee coming up to qualification. Our client will consider candidates with a range of PQE.
