This is an opportunity for a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join a Legal 500 law firm, within a small and growing team.

A leading Midlands Legal 500 law firm, with offices across the East and West Midlands.
Description
A Contentious Probate team is looking to expand with an important hire at mid-level to support the Senior Partner and a junior member of the team.
The team works very closely alongside the non-contentious Private Client team who act for very high net worth individuals advising on wills, probate, tax matters and general financial advice.
The contentious team has gone from strength to strength under the leadership of the Partner in the team and they benefit massively from internal referrals, as well as a great reputation in the local market for contentious work.
The team are looking to bring in somebody at mid-level and what they can offer you is:

Profile
Ideally you will have at least 3 years' experience in contentious probate and will be confident running with your own matters. Our client will look at candidates with all level of experience but as there is a junior in the team already, the minimum level of PQE is probably around the 2y PQE mark.
If you are a general litigator who has had some experience in contentious probate and have always been interested in carving out a niche in this area, then the Partner would consider an exceptional person.
Equally, if you are a non-contentious private client lawyer who would like to do more contentious work, then it is also worth calling for a confidential chat.
