A Real Estate team in Birmingham is looking to grow its team with the hire of at least one solicitor.

Description
This is an opportunity to join a Legal 500 rated Birmingham Real Estate team. The team has a mixed client portfolio, including clients from within the public and private sector.
It's likely that you'll get involved in the full range of property matters from landlord & tenant work through to development projects. There's a specific sector focus within this team and the team are looking to recruit a commercially minded solicitor who will be able to work with the team to help guide the clients through commercial strategies and simple, focused property law advice.
It's a small team but you'll be given plenty of guidance and specific training - including any training needed to get up to speed with any sector nuances.
The team has a great culture with their solicitors coming from a range of backgrounds.
Profile
It's likely that you're a qualified solicitor with experience in property law - either from a commercial property point of view or perhaps a more niche area such as residential development.
Our client recognises that there are some excellent trainees coming up to qualification and they are willing to look at standout NQs who have undertaken a strong property seat (or two!) during their training contract and are qualifying in the summer.
Our client will look at candidates with differing levels of PQE.
