Funds Regulatory Associate - Major US Law Firm
My client, a major US law firm, is looking to bolster its Financial Services/Investment Funds Regulatory team with the hire of a mid/senior level hire from a highly regarded law firm.
The firm is one of the largest and most profitable in the entire world. It also has one of the globe's most decorated client lists which include major banks, private equity houses and huge corporates.
You would be joining a growing Financial Services Regulatory team with an ever-increasing presence in London. You would gain excellent exposure to some huge private equity clients where you will gain Investment Funds and Financial Services Regulatory experience.
Minimum requirements for this Funds Regulatory Associate position are:
- Strong academics (2.1 min in LLB or equiv)
- 4-5PQE with UK FCA experience
- Funds Formation experience would be beneficial
