Commercial Disputes Resolution Solicitor

A top 200 law firm with an established Derby office is looking for a defendant personal injury solicitor to join its Legal 500 ranked commercial dispute resolution team.
 
You will, as a defendant personal injury solicitor, deal with complex technical insurance work involving injuries of the utmost severity. You will be working alongside partners and learning first hand from the experienced team around. The bulk of claims will involve employers’ liability and product liability, as well as the occasional high value dependency fatality claims.

Successful candidates will have good defendant personal injury experience, dealing with both high volume fast-track and high value multi-track files. This role will suit candidates with between one to three years’ post qualification experience.
