Project Finance Lawyer

An opportunity has arisen for a Project Finance Lawyer to join an international professional services company based in London on a 3 month contract.

The existing team of Finance Lawyers act as an outsourced law information provider.

The company is seeking an individual with transactional project finance experience, exposure to energy and infrastructure project finance would be advantageous.

Key responsibilities are likely to include:

• Providing information and resources to assist the company’s clients on legal documentation and project finance transactions
• Writing new financial and legal content for documentation, websites and publications
• Drafting practice notes, standard documents, integrated drafting notes and related practice guidance as well as adapting existing resources

The successful candidate is likely to be able to demonstrate previous transactional experience with cross-border banking, commercial finance and involvement in energy and infrastructure projects.
