Residential Fee Earner, Liverpool To £30 000 per annum

My client is a reputable and established law firm based just outside of Liverpool city centre. The firm offers an excellent modern , friendly working environment to attract the right talent. They offer a quality service and work hard to succeed.

They are further expanding their team of conveyancers and to augment their growing team they now seek to appoint an experienced Conveyancer to manage a caseload of residential transactions from start to finish and to include freehold and leasehold, sales, purchase and remortgage matters .

This role will appeal to an experienced conveyancer who has at least 5 years experience managing work from start to finish in a similar role dealing with residential matters
