An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal / Litigation Assistant to join an expanding and award winning Personal Injury team in Sheffield.

This is an interesting and varied role that will involve assisting Fee Earners dealing with litigated Personal Injury matters. Your role will involve liaising with clients and experts - requesting and obtaining reports and chasing relevant documentation and building you own experience and eventually caseload of Litigated Personal Injury matters.

Clear and effective communication skills are key as you will be required to contact legal and medical professionals in order to assist the fee earners in meeting deadlines. Strong organisational and administrative skills are also necessary.

Experience in Litigation work is not essential although knowledge of at least the MOJ Portal process and having worked in a Personal Injury paralegal role is essential.

Excellent progression and job security is on offer.
