Dedicated Property Lawyer sought for renowned practice in Cambridgeshire.

The Role
We are now tasked with sourcing a talented and driven Residential and Commercial Property Lawyer to join our clients’ flourishing, CQS accredited practice in Huntingdon. Becoming part of a growing team of specialists, the successful Lawyer will manage a full and varied caseload with a slight bias towards residential conveyancing matters, acting for a broad client base with matters including: sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties; transfers of equity; development projects; lease extensions; residential and commercial landlord and tenant and; remortgages. The ideal Lawyer will also participate in business development activities, building client relationships to ensure the further growth and success of the firm.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid experience gained within a reputable Property department.
You must have excellent technical skills with expertise in both Residential and Commercial transactional work.
You will be client-focused with first class interpersonal skills across all levels.
An aptitude for business development would be advantageous.
You will be a pro-active team player seeking to further your career within a well-regarded firm.
