My client is a top ranked US Law Firm with offices globally with expertise in Business Finance, Restructuring, M&A, Litigation, Finance and Private equity.

Your new role
We are looking for a Structured Finance Lawyer with specific experience of Securitisation and Collateralised Loan Obligations (CLOs) to join the firm on a fixed term contract basis for 6-9 months.

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates will need a demonstrable background of securitisation, including CLOs, from a reputable firm as well as a strong academic pedigree.
