Our client, a top international City law firm is seeking an interim structured finance solicitor as soon as possible for 6-9 months on a fixed term contract basis.
The successful individual will be an NQ who has completed a recent seat in structured finance/securitisation, or have upwards of 1+PQE with experience in securitisation and/or CLO's and be qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales. Recent experience drafting and processing securitisation documents is essential.
You must be available to start immediately or at very short notice.
This is an excellent opportunity offering a fantastic salary, and it has the potential to extend for a further term.
