Interim Legal Counsel - Advisory, Regulatory & Enforcement
The Legal Advisor will provide support to Deputy Director and the Legal Services team by providing timely, accurate and high quality legal advice and support on issues and risks affecting the organisation. You will be tasked with drafting legislation changes and advising how best to implement them.
The Legal Advisor would be part of the Legal Services team which is led and managed by the Deputy Director, Legal Services. The team provides legal and professional advice on all aspects of public law relevant the company.
Successful applicants will be qualified lawyers (or equivalent) with preferred knowledge of employment and litigation law. Applicants will require strong interpersonal skills with confidence, enthusiasm and highly organised.
The position will be based in London and there will be a degree of flexibility should you require remote working or reduced hours. Successful applicants will require an enhanced criminal record check via the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
