Your role will include working very closely with the Head Of Department on a mixed caseload of company commercial matters for SMEs. Typical duties will include drafting and negotiating various agreements, contracts, some IP and start-ups.

- Be an experienced Solicitor, ideally 3+ PQE
- Have recent and relevant experience handling company commercial matters
- Be skilled technically, with client facing skills and a commercial approach to your work. Business development skills will be a distinct advantage!
