The role will be embedded within the mainstream corporate groups in London but will also provide global natter support.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified lawyer/ solicitor with a demonstrable background of corporate transactions in a reputable firm. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and work well as part of a team.
This role would suit someone with exceptional organisation and time management skills. Someone who is driven to see a project completed on time and to the highest standard.
