Our client is a highly reputable multi-office regional firm and they are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Executive to join them on a permanent basis in their Cambridgeshire office.
The firm is experiencing a high volume of work and they are only continuing to build on their busy caseload. The successful fee earner will be expected to join the firm and hit the ground running with taking on an existing busy case load and working them through to completion. Cases will be typically high volume and candidates must feel comfortable working in a fast paced environment. The firm highly values client care, and candidates looking to apply to this position should be personable and ideally have received positive feedback from clients.
Residential Property Solicitors, FILEx qualifed and Licensed Conveyancers are highly encouraged to apply to this position. It is essential that the candidate has extensive case handling experience and is able to work autonomously on working a transaction from instruction to completion. All documents will be handled by the respective fee earner and minimal assistance will be provided. The firm will be keen to meet with candidates who are driven, ambitious and possess the relevant experience.
If this is of interest to you and you possess the relevant experience, please do send a copy of your CV in the first instance.
At LAW Absolute we endeavour to respond to all applications within 48 hours. However due to the volume of applications we receive we may not be able to respond to every candidate individually. If you have not heard from us within a 48 hour timeframe your application has not been successful and your details have not been retained.
