An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Funds Distribution Lawyer to join a fast growing asset manager They are looking to hire a mid to senior level lawyer with experience in retail distribution, good knowledge of UCITS and excellent negotiation skills.
There is also opportunity to get involved with the operational and commercial aspects of the business as the firm is in growth mode so this role goes beyond legal and there’s opportune occasion to expand your knowledge.
What is important is to have a smart commercially minded individual who is confident, collaborative and takes initiative whilst working with the GC and the rest of the legal team.
