Agricultural Solicitor / Partner - To £80k

This Somerset based Legal 500 firm are succession planning. They have an experienced and accomplished team already in place who advise on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters for local and national agricultural clients. 

They are now recruiting for a senior agricultural solicitor to join this team. Although senior, you will not necessarily be involved in management duties. There is already a head of department, and deputy head of department in place. 

You will already be an accomplished agricultural solicitor, operating at a senior level.  

Amongst other things, this role will include advising clients on: 
Setting up businesses 
Agricultural business and company sales and purchases
Agricultural land matters 
Reorganisations, joint ventures, shareholder agreements 
Agricultural/Business finance
Agricultural business Planning, compliance & support 
farming/Commercial agreements 

For the right candidate, this Yeovil based position could be offered at senior associate, or salaried partner level. 

You will be rewarded with a very competitive salary up to £80k + pension + health care.
