Corporate Solicitor - This regional heavyweight, Chambers and Legal 500 ranked firm now need a further corporate solicitor NQ -2PQE to join the team at their West Sussex office.
The corporate team focuses on clients ranging from start-up companies to national and international household names. You will be delivering strategic advice and assisting clients on all aspects of company law and corporate governance including mergers and acquisitions, banking, private equity, joint ventures, LLP and partnerships matters.
