Our international, US based, client is impressively gearing up in London and is looking for a dynamic senior Corporate Funds associate with 4- 6 years post qualification experience to join their busy team to undertake a broad range of transactions advising private fund managers on structuring a wide range of private investment funds, including private equity, real estate and infrastructure funds.

You will need a strong academic background and excellent written communication and drafting skills. The successful candidate will also have outstanding technical skills, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues and work well in a team. You will be offered guidance, support and encouragement from the talented team of experts who flourish in this culture. The firm is committed to growing this practice area and there are good partnership prospects for ambitious lawyers. Candidates need to come from a top UK or US firm and to have had experience in the London market.
