Debt Recovery Fee Earner - A very well established Oxfordshire based firm is currently looking to recruit an experienced debt recovery fee earner to join them on a long term fixed term contract, starting as soon as possible. The role will involve handling a caseload predominantly made up of debt recovery files, as well as more general commercial litigation matters. The Role

• Handling a caseload mostly made up of debt recovery files, but also including commercial litigation matters such as high level contract disputes, professional negligence, and property litigation.
• Providing a recoveries service with a client and customer service focus.
• Liaising with clients.
• Long term fixed term contract to start as soon as possible.

The Candidate

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Strong background handling debt recovery matters, and familiarity with preaction protocols, as well as an awareness of new protocols.
• Good background in litigation.
