Contracts Manager

We are currently working with a renowned multinational within the technology sector, in their search for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their award-winning, mid-sized legal team, focusing on the business’ interests across the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and providing ongoing legal support for group deals with third party mobile network operators
• Analysis of risks as well as providing solutions efficiently whilst considering legal, regulatory and business requirements
• Establishing strong working relationships with the business units globally

Candidate profile:

• Strong academic background
• 3-4 years’ experience drafting commercial contracts preferably within the telecoms/technology sector
• Commercially astute, with a proactive and strong can-do attitude
• Ability to build established relationships with key stakeholders across the business
