THE ROLE
A new and exciting role has arisen for an experienced Family Lawyer in Rotherham. This is suitable for a Lawyer with at least 2 years PQE who ideally has additional experience in mediation. You will be undertaking general family matters including divorce, financial remedies and private children, conforming to the firm’s policies and guidelines whilst being clear and concise with all clients. Your duties will include: taking client instructions; conducting Advocacy; actively keeping up to date with case law and current legislation and; drafting and reviewing various documentations. You will be personable and able to handle all client matters diligently and with great professionalism to ensure that the firm is growing at a good pace. THE CANDIDATE
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in a Family department.
Advanced family law panel membership or working towards this is essential.
You must be professional and client focused.
Mediation experience would be highly advantageous.
You will have excellent organisational and verbal and written communication skills.
You will be IT literate.
