Housing Litigator - A highly regarded organisation, leading in it's field, is looking to recruit a housing litigation to join them on a long term fixed term contract, covering maternity leave. This is a really interesting role that will see you handling a variety of claimant housing litigation matters, which will include anti-social behaviour, disrepair claims, tenancy fraud and abandonment. The role is perfect for those looking to take on a varied caseload, and work in-house with a well reputed organisation. They are ideally looking to recruit a housing litigator with approximately 5 years PQE, although this is flexible and the organisation is looking to pay £25,000 - £33,000.
The Role
- Extremely varied housing litigation role, which will include matters such as anti-social behaviour, disrepair claims, abandonment, and tenancy fraud.
- Long term fixed term contract, covering maternity leave.
- Starting in June 2017.
The Candidate
- The firm is looking for candidates with at least 5 years PQE, however candidates with equivalent experience will still be considered and should still apply.
- Ideally you will have experience in housing litigation matters, but the position is also open to candidates familiar with civil or property litigation.
