A newly or recently qualified Commercial Real Estate Lawyer is sought by a Chambers and Legal 500, top regional law firm.

With around 80 staff in total and 15 Lawyers in the Commercial Property Team, our client act for a wide variety of national and international business clients. All their practice area heads are consistently rated in both ‘Legal 500’ and’ Chambers’ directories and many have a City pedigree. The firm’s quality is reinforced by strong “best friend” referral relationships with a number of City firms, which account for an increasing element of their work.

They now wish to attract the talents of a newly or recently qualified lawyer with good Commercial property experience. The team deals with a wide range of property transactions including: investment, strategic land and development, corporate support, funding and landlord and tenant matters. Clients include overseas investors, several banks, owner occupiers and tenant clients with large property portfolios, and residential registered social landlord developers.

Recent work includes matters of significant value including two recent acquisitions in London for an overseas investor of a total value in excess of £135 million, acquisitions of a number of high value residential properties in London for investment, for a total value in excess of £10 million, acquisition of a development site for over £10 million and corporate support for an expanding

company in relation to its floating on AIM (dealing with over 100 properties).
