COMMERCIAL PARALEGAL - WHOLESALE - HORSHAM
A world leading specialist wholesale company based in Horsham are looking for an experienced Commercial Paralegal to join their legal team.
This Paralegal role will suit someone with a minimum of a year's experience of general commercial paralegal work. This position is varied and will involve drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, some compliance and company secretarial work. The position will sit within the legal team, and will have the opportunity to liaise with both a number of internal teams, and various different business clients.
You will report directly into the Head of Legal and will be given the support to grow and develop your skillset from a team of experienced lawyers.
