Our client is a leading commercial law firm with a pre-eminent reputation in this area and now looking to bolster its Bristol team with a NQ+PQE solicitor. They are Chambers and Partners and L500 rated for professional indemnity work.
You should have trained with a larger regional or city firm and have completed at least one professional indemnity seat. Experience of dealing with complex and high-value litigation work is essential. Any expertise in dealing with claims on behalf of construction professionals, architects, surveyors and engineers or within the financial services or legal sector would be advantageous.
