Housing Lawyer

A locum Housing Lawyer is urgently required to join a friendly and well-known local authority based in London. The role is for three months initially with the likelihood for an extension.

The successful Housing Lawyer will be required to deal with a range of housing matters, which will include but will not be limited to the following:

• Anti- social behaviour matters,
• Possessions,
• Disrepair,
• Nuisance,
• Homelessness and
• Advocacy

You will be expected to carry a full caseload from the outset and it is important that you are a competent advocate as you will need to undertake advocacy without supervision.

Due to the urgent nature of the role, you will ideally be available on no more than a two week notice period.
