PQE 3-6 years, Central London

My client is a leading, full service law firm in the UK who are looking to recruit a Real Estate & Projects Solicitor, Legal Executive or a Licensed Conveyancer with PQE 3-6 years for their Central London office.

Currently, the Real Estate team consists of 6 Partners working on a wide variety of Property transactions with a broad range of clients, covering a full range of property related legal issues from giving advice on draft section 106's, development agreements, conditional contracts and potential title problems through to legal completion.

You will provide direct support and assistance to a partner in the team, whilst also helping with the management and development of junior fee earners and contributing more widely to the team and its growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, ideally gaining a 2:1 at degree level, have experience of site acquisition and development work, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the abilitiy to prioritise workload to increae efficiency.
