Planning Paralegal

An excellent opportunity has arisen in Nottingham for an experienced planning paralegal to join one of the region’s most well regarded real estate teams. The firm have established a good reputation and deal with high quality work.

You will as a planning paralegal undertake a mixture of retail, planning rights, agricultural/renewable energy application, and commercial work. Successful candidates will have previous exposure to legal research, document preparation and interacting with clients face to face. The firm are willing to provide any necessary training, to enable you to undertake fee-earning duties.

Planning paralegals will need a minimum of six months’ experience in a planning or commercial property team, while candidates coming from a Legal 500 firm with a strong academic background are encouraged to apply.
