My client is looking for a corporate lawyer at a financial institution based in the City initially on a 12 month FTC.
The role involves supporting the Group Head of Legal in relation to a wide variety of matters to all of the business units including the private equity group, the property group and the wealth and investment group.
A successful candidate will have excellent experience relating to corporate M&A and commercial transactions, excellent working knowledge of corporate and commercial agreements and related documentation, but also some experience with banking litigation and dispute resolution.
