Conveyancing Fee Earner

My client is seeking a conveyancing fee earner to join their team in the Wirral area.
My client is a well-established and reputable firm based on the Wirral, and is seeking an experienced conveyancing fee earner to join their fantastic residential conveyancing department. The role of conveyancing fee earner will involve handling a mixed case load of approximately 30 new files per month. A good portion of the work will involve leasehold transactions, and the fee earner in question will have an assistant.
The ideal candidate for the position of conveyancing fee earner will have a minimum of two years' experience handling residential files, and will have good knowledge and practice with leasehold transactions.
