Real Estate Lawyer
You will join a leading Real Estate team who are a core function of a leading City law firm. The firm have recently opened up offices in New York and whilst the firm have an international footprint, they retain all the benefits of being an independent law firm. The Real Estate team have been recognised for their involvement in complex and unique property transactions within the corporate world.
The Real Estate practice includes construction, development and urban regeneration, fashion and retail, investment. They currently have a need for a mid-level associate to take on a varied commercial property position, with exposure to sales, acquisitions, leases and financing. You will be required to lead transactions and integrate with other practice areas and departments to co-ordinate advice.
The ideal candidate
- Ideally 4-5 PQE - however exceptional candidates outside this remit will be considered
- Extensive commercial property experience
- Strong academic background with excellent technical skills
