OUR CLIENT
Our client is a specialized actor in the life sciences industry, providing solutions for hospitals worldwide. A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced legal counsel to be based in central Paris. Within a context of steady growth, including a major acquisition, the successful candidate will evolve in a fast paced, business and results orientated environment, responding to the challenges of a highly regulated and dynamic sector, and will report directly into the Global General Counsel.
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will provide thorough legal support to the 40 affiliates including the drafting of corporate documents, piloting external counsel, transactional work, monitoring and following up on Company insurance policies and declarations. He/she will draft and negotiate contracts both in English and French, and will travel occasionally within Europe.
PROFILE SOUGHT
You will have a minimum of 8 years' relevant experience with international exposure, and ideally have a background in a highly regulated environment. You operate efficiently, with discretion, and are business-minded and agile in your approach. The capacity to provide full legal support in both English and French is essential.
