I'm looking to speak with a residential conveyancing paralegal or paralegal level fee earners with previous experience in residential conveyancing for my client's Stratford-upon-Avon branch office. My client is a national law firm, and one of the largest practices across the Midlands area. They offer a full range of commercial and private client services and have a highly regarded property team which spans several sectors and comprises of legal experts, as well as professionals from outside the legal sector. They are now seeking to recruit a residential conveyancing paralegal to run their own caseload of private residential sales and purchase work as well as assist the more experienced members of the department on more complex property transactions.
You will ideally have dealt with both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, lease extensions and mortgages and be able to run a file from initial instruction through to completion covering all steps of the process as well as having previous experience of case management systems. As is usual with this kind of work, good attention to detail and high quality of client care will be balanced with the ability to deal with busy caseloads and deadlines, working within a team environment.
