Interim Corporate Solicitor Opportunity – UK Top 100 Law Firm


An industry-leading Private Practice firm, based in Bristol, is currently recruiting for an experienced and ambitious Corporate Law locum to join their highly-esteemed team.

The day to day duties will include:

  • Providing legal advice to clients concerning deals and joint ventures within the corporate renewable energy sector
  • Drafting documents for acquisitions and joint venture agreements
  • Advising on company laws including shareholders' meetings, directors' meetings and directors' duties

The ideal candidate must have the following:

  • At least two years PQE in Corporate Law with proven technical ability
  • Experience and extensive expertise in the corporate renewable energy sector
  • Strong experience and confidence in joint ventures and commercial agreements

The position is estimated to last six months and offers competitive rates of pay.
