In-House Commercial Paralegal (Training Contract possibility) My client, a company which is a leader in its field, seeks an in-house commercial paralegal to join its legal team. They will be looking to offer the successful candidate a Training Contract.
You will report directly to the head of legal and deal with a variety of work day to day, including commercial contracts, IP & IT work, Employment matters and any other ad hoc legal advice or research tasks.
Your responsibilities will reviewing and reporting on a wide range of commercial contracts and employment matters and liaising with internal stakeholders on this.
Ideally you will have had previous experience in a role of this nature, and this client would look at a paralegal from private practice with experience of commercial contracts for at least 6 months, or alternatively somebody who is currently in place as an in-house commercial paralegal. They also want someone with a strong educational background which shows a desire to further your legal career.
