ISDA Documentation Negotiator

Working within an immediate team of 6 , you will have responsibility for the trading documentation (ISDA , GMRA and MSFTA) with 15 dealer counterparties. You will be responsible for adding new clients and funds to existing agreements and negotiating additional ISDA/GMRA and MSFTA with new counterparties .You will have considerable interaction with counterparty banks, fund manager and the client services team, and help the business prepare for central clearing

You will have at least 4 year's experience of drafting and negotiating ISDA and GMRA agreements, as well as have demonstrable experience in transitioning and on boarding new clients. Although candidate with asset management would be of particular interest, we are happy to consider candidate who have relevant experience from within either a law firm or banking
