Commercial Property PA/Paralegal

We have been instructed by a large regional practice with offices in Bolton. They are looking to recruit a PA or Paralegal to undertake a Legal Assistant's role in the Commercial Property team under the supervision of the Head of Commercial.

This role would suit a PA or Legal Secretary looking to become involved in role that will involve working directly for one of the Partners.

The firm in question is receiving a significant number of instructions from one particular source dealing with small scale business sales with lease assignments. It's quite document heavy and requires someone to assist with (in the first instance) setting up the files and preparing the paperwork. Eventually, it is anticipated that the right candidate will run some of these matters under supervision.

This would suit an existing legal secretary who is looking to step up and make the first move towards running their own files.

This is an exciting role at one of Bolton's best known law firms and commands a PA salary.
