A global company is seeking to hire a commercial Legal Counsel, to join their European business.
Operating within a small legal team, the commercial Legal Counsel will interact with internal stakeholders to manage a broad range of transactional and advisory, corporate and commercial matters. This role offers additional support to the business on ad hoc queries and legal advice, and takes a proactive role in dealing with legal compliance, processes and policies.
This position would suit a qualified Commercial Solicitor with at least 1 year of PQE, gained from a highly-regarded private practice firm, or in-house at another corporate. This will include a grounding in either technology, IP and commercial law, coupled with an aptitude for drafting contracts with minimal supervision, and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
