Litigation/Dispute Resolution Solicitor with great client focus is sought in Rotherham.

THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has come up in a leading firm for an experienced Litigation/Dispute Resolution Solicitor in Rotherham. The role is suitable for a Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE with general expertise in all aspects of the field. Areas will include: contentious probate; professional negligence; debt recovery; possession proceedings; employment and; general commercial disputes. The successful Solicitor will be keen to get involved with the general development of the department and ensure they handle client matters in a professional and diligent manner. THE CANDIDATE
You must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE gained within a General Litigation/Dispute Resolution department.
You must have a broad range of litigation experience including employment and possession proceedings.
You must have excellent technical and communication skills.
You will be client focused and an avid team player.
You will be IT literate.
