My client a large firm based in York is currently looking to recruit and experienced Law Costs Draftsman for a temporary role that could potentially become a permanent role.

For this Law Costs Draftsman/Costs Lawyer role, the ideal candidate will carry demonstrable experience of preparing formal Bills of Costs. Costs Draftsmen that are able to demonstrate strong negotiation skills and have experience handling the full costs process to detailed assessment hold a distinct advantage.

The successful applicant will join this progressive team with the following responsibilities of:

- drafting formal Bills of Costs and Points of Replies
- preparing Costs Budgets
- Costs Negotiations
- Attending Detailed Assessment/Costs Management Hearings
