Corporate (Private Equity and Venture Capital) Lawyer

This ambitious and rapidly expanding team are currently looking to recruit a mid to senior level corporate lawyer with a specialism in private equity and venture capital work.

The firm overall has more than 100 partners and over 1000 employees.

The corporate team operates as one team across all the offices and comprises 11 partners and approximately 25 fee earners.

The team has an excellent reputation for advising UK mid-market Private Equity, VCTs and major corporates on private equity style investments. They are currently seeking an additional lawyer with at least 3 years' experience to join the team. You should have good solid corporate experience ideally with a focus on private equity and venture capital work. If you have more general corporate experience but are interested in specialising in this area, the firm will provide the help and support to enable you to do this. A desire and ability to help support and mentor junior lawyers would also be an advantage as the team are committed to helping junior members of the team further their careers.
