Rare opening at this dynamic international law firm for an experienced employment lawyer to work in the Palo Alto office in Silicon Valley. Working on domestic, cross-border and global employment work. International counseling experience is strongly preferred and the position will interact frequently with other offices in the global employment practice. You will be advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions; drafting and negotiating employment, retention and related agreements; advising on reductions in force and other employee terminations; drafting restrictive covenants and counseling on employee mobility, and also conducting employment investigations, providing advice and counsel to emerging companies in all aspects of employment law, including compensation practices, commission plans, and leave practices. Strong academics from a nationally recognized law school and CA bar admission an advantage, alternatively you must be willing to undertake this at the earliest opportunity.The successful candidate must be willing and able to relocate to the United States for this position.
