High calibre regional firm with a healthy client base are now seeking applications from smart, business minded, commercially aware Commercial Property fee earners.

Ideally you will be qualified and you could be at any level of post qualification from Newly Qualified upwards , or a qualified legal executive.

This is a mid-level firm however people have joined the firm from both Top 100 and Legal 500 firms, so any background would be considered in conjunction with good academics.

Working within the Commercial Property team you will have responsibility for managing their own varied caseload of commercial property matters including commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, property development, acquisitions and disposals. Solid client care and team working skills are essential, together with excellent communication and drafting skills.

Clients range from large national clients to smaller local businesses.

You should be ambitious to progress your career and be able to work to tight deadlines and have a strong client focus.

Inheriting a caseload of commercial property matters you can expect gentle supervision from senior associates and partners.
