Civil Litigation Solicitor , PQE 5+ years
A leading friendly firm with multiple offices are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor with PQE 5+ years to join their busy team in Maidstone, Kent.
The role will entail dealing with a full and varied caseload of general Litigation matters. Experience in the following areas is essential; Personal Injury, Landlord and Tenant, Contentious Probate, Contractual Disputes, Employment Law and Civil Litigation.
You will be a highly organised and enthusiastic individual who enjoys a busy yet diverse role in a friendly and professional environment. The position is predominantly based at their Maidstone office but there may be a need for travel to Gravesend and Tenterden occasionally, if required.
Successful applicants will have extensive knowledge of civil matters within a legal environment and be able to manage their own caseload of files with minimal supervision. This is a busy role therefore individuals must be able to prioritise work, use initiative and work proactively, coupled with a good client manner and technical competence.
Secretarial support is provided for this position.
Hours of work: Full time; 9am - 5:30pm Mon-Friday
Salary: Dependent upon experience
