Professional Negligence Solicitor

Due to a surge in instructions, this firm is recruiting within its Taunton based professional negligence team.

You will work alongside another very experienced professional negligence solicitor on a broad caseload, acting for claimants bringing claims against solicitors, IFA's, construction professionals, architects, vets and estate agents.

Your caseload will be of mixed complexity and value. Some of the work will be high value.

Ideally, you should have at least 2 years’ experience handling professional negligence matters. Candidates from a defendant professional indemnity background are also encouraged to apply, if you are interested in claimant work.
