Paralegal

An excellent opportunity has arisen at a highly regarded law firm for a Paralegal.

The paralegal will join the Banking team and work closely with the partners on a range of transactions including debt finance and real estate finance.

The successful paralegal can look forward to having a high level of responsibility and gaining experience throughout the transaction cycle. This will include due diligence, proof reading, creating bibles, data room management and legal research. There will also be trainee level tasks, including drafting, and some client contact.

This is an exceptional role for someone looking to qualify into Banking in the future. It will look great on your CV if you are applying for training contracts currently. The firm have also in the past offered training contracts to their paralegals.
