Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive

With offices in Sussex and Surry this firm deal with a broad range of legal matters for individuals and businesses and are now looking to recruit an additional Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive to the team based in Brighton. Over the years, the firm has organically grown and have a reputation for their own home grown talent and work life balance they promote.

As members of STEP, the firm are recognised as specialist in the field and are looking for an enthusiastic Solicitor or Legal Executive with the same commitment and dedication as the team. The ideal candidate would have 3 years PQE and would be happy to hit the ground running.

To be successful in this role you will need experience in the following:

• Wills
• Probate
• Powers of Attorney
• How to avoid Inheritance Tax
• How to avoid Care Fees
• Court of Protection
• Personal Injury Trusts
• Protective Trusts
